Company has been impossible to reach regarding potential return/repacement, 3rd party customer support agent informed that "Unfortunately we are no longer associated with Lumira due to logistics and lack of response". Headband snapped after a single fall, two days of use. Headband runs very large (YMMV), does not seat properly on smaller heads with short hair. Mirror effect is impressive in-person.
They keep breaking right here. I am insanely careful with them. Once again, I find myself suckered into buying another pair because I do like them. But honestly, it is ridiculous how easily they break right at this exact point every time. Never hear back and not sure how to contact customer service. But legit I went from recommending them to everyone to basically telling them not to bother, because it's a lot of money to be so easily broken. I'm 100000% sure there is a way to make them more flexible. I see multiple people experiencing the same issue, yet they make no changes to the design.
Good Lumira ears but parts of it got worn off after few usages, especially the headband. I was gentle with it. I am looking forward for assistance regarding the headband itself.
I love these ears!! The color change is really cool. They are so hard to miss in a crowd and add so much character to any outfit! I was Squirrel Mario !
Everyone at the party appeared to like them and especially the kids they loved them and said as much. I wore them the entire time of the event, well over four hours with no issues due to their weight and they even fit my big head as you can see in one pic I’m pretty big guy. Santa epically liked them!

Hello, just writing to suggest making the headband for these ears stronger and more durable pretty please. I was gifted a pair for my birthday Sept 2024. They broke the first time I placed them on my head. My friend that bought them for me reached out and we were sent a new one October 2024. I wore them to a festival at the end of December it happened again 😭 I am being really gentle with them. Idk what to do, it makes me think that my head is too big! I am really careful with them and when not in use I keep them in the box. Any suggestions? Should we try one more time to file a complaint?
I absolutely LOVE my Lumira ears and got so many compliments on them! I adore that they light up on both the front and back side. They are my new fave!
Overall great product and the performance is stellar. It is easy to change settings. Only one thing that I noticed is that the foam piece that cushions your head is coming off. When you put it on and take it off it bends and looks to be separating from the underside of head piece.

Absolutely love my Lumira ears! I had some in white from a while back and just got the black ones. The new ones feel like they work better too! I wear them everywhere and get so many compliments! Now I can match them to every outfit 😻
Absolutely beautiful! So many compliments, and they lasted all thought the 5h event I was attending with no problem, still had charge left…they out lasted me 😂. They’re also so lightweight and comfy, I usually get headaches from headbands after a couple hours but this wa comfy all night.
These cat ears are incredible! The headband is very comfortable, the button to change the light color is easy to use and you can even change the fur on the ears! I love the geometric pattern on the mirrored ears and all of the different light patterns! I can't wait to wart this to festivals and Burning Man events! 🌱 🔥)'(
These light-integrated ears are legit, especially if they can roll for 8+ hours. I'm putting them to the test at the big burn in a week. I wasn't impressed by the quality of the fur that came with them, but I was planning to modify mine to resemble fox ears anyway, so no sweat there. I do think improvements could be made to help them stay on your head. Dancing with these seems sketchy.
I have to say loved getting these and had tons of people asking me where I got them. Many compliments ☺️ love my black pair hope to get a white pair soon so I can wear a black and white set.

Dude, nothing but great things to say about the company/ item/ customer service. It was going to be shipped to the wrong address, Alan fixed it and responded so quickly. I was scared the ears might look weird over my braids, they don’t! There’s truly a lot of stretching these ears can do!
LOVE THEM! They were a hit! They are a bit heavy and do shift alot if you are a head banger like myself! Love them! Alan is also so easy to work with! Can’t wait for different color furs to be released!!!
They stay on your head great for head banging even (unless you have a big head). Definitely a hit at the show! Everyone wanted to know where I got them.

If you're thinking about getting the ears just do it! Zero regrets. I got a pair for me and roped some colleagues into getting them with me :D These are *show stoppers* for sure, great conversation starters at shows! I've had a few ppl approach as to where I got them and I'm like yo B) "Get Lumira" on Insta. And ofc they're super adorable, and can't wait to meet our pride of kittens out in the wilderness!

After searching high and low for light up color changing ears (I thought by now they’d be all over the place. Boy was I wrong!) I stumbled upon Lumira and immediately had to have them. I purchased them through Facebook without even looking into reviews or any other persons experience with the company. I received them yesterday and wore them to work the next day (I work in a warehouse in a fridge all day) only turning them off for my two 15 minute breaks to test the battery life. 7 hours and they’re still kicking! Wow! Super comfy to wear during the work day! I owe my 9 year old a dance party this weekend so we will see how well they hold up when we dance around! Now all I need is the black pair, and I may even tinker with changing out the fur color on the outside of the ears! Excitement!

Wearing the cat ears at Alice in Wonderland in LA was so fun - the ears added so much to our outfits, turned heads, and we were constantly complemented on how unique and cool they were. They seemed to change with the music, the LED mirror effect adding such a trippy element to their visual. Awesome aesthetic, beautiful design, FUN addition to the costume!
